In Store Return Policy

For customers returning merchandise in person at our Nashville store

We want you to be happy about your new purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it.  Below are the guidelines associated with our return policy.

Refunds will be given only if item(s) is/are returned, with original sales receipt, within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be factory fresh, showing no sign of wear and must include all original packaging and paperwork or a 20% restocking fee will apply.

· Credit card purchases will only be credited to the original card used for that purchase.
· Refunds for a debit card purchase will be immediately issued as a check or store credit.
· Purchases by check will be refunded after a seven-day waiting period.
· There are no refunds on purchases which involve trade-ins.

We cannot issue cash refunds. Items paid by cash will be refunded as a company check or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include: mouthpieces, recorders, harmonicas, reeds, microphones and kazoos. Software, videos, cassettes, CDs, DAT tapes and music books must be returned in the original sealed condition. Defective media may be returned in exchange for the same item. There are no refunds on used items, closeout items, and EBay auction items.
