Note: Receiving Instrument Packages in Winter

If you receive your instrument in the winter, it is highly, highly recommended that you let the instrument aclimate to your location before opening. Leave it in the case and shipping box for 12 hours. Yes, we know you can't wait to try it, but to protect your instrument from significant shock we highly recommend you be patient.

International Payments

Accepted Payment Methods:

Internet Customers: from Canada, and the United Kingdom
- PayPal for Purchasing through our online store.
- PayPal and Wire-Transfer for Email or Phone Orders.

* Item(s) will be shipped as soon as the PayPal transaction is complete and clear.
* Item(s) must be shipped to a 'confirmed address' as per PayPal guidelines.
A 'confirmed address' is where the buyer’s credit card billing address and shipping addresses are the same.
* Item(s) exceeding $249.00 US Dollars, or in equivalent funds, must be signed for upon delivery.

Internet Customers: all other International Customers
- Wire-Transfer

* Wire Transfer is the only form of payment we currently accept.
* Item(s) will be shipped as soon as the Wire Transfer is complete and clear.
* Item(s) exceeding $249.00 US Dollars, or in equivalent funds, must be signed for upon delivery.

* An Important Message Regarding Credit Card Fraud:  World Music Nashville vigilantly protects its respected customers from the costs associated with Fraud. Therefore, to protect consumers, we verify all on-line credit card purchases, and vigorously pursue all fraudulent attempts to purchase merchandise with stolen or unauthorized credit cards. We work closely with local, state, and federal agencies under the auspices of the Computer Crime Act of 1986.

International Shipping

World Music Nashville does ship internationally. We are happy to help you get the instrument of your choice within a timely manner. World Music Nashville uses Federal Express to insure prompt delivery, and your complete satisfaction. Small items may be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service if requested. Shipments must go to an address where a person can sign for the package.

1. We accept payment from verified/confirm PayPal accounts only. Your credit card address must match the shipping address.
2. An additional 3% International PayPal fee will be charged.
3. You must provide us with a telephone or telefax number before any order can be shipped.
4. You are responsible for any duties or customs fees and taxes that may be added in the country of destination. Please consult with your local officials about taxes, duties, currency exchange rates, etc. We do not know, and cannot provide this information.
5. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, cost of insurance on shipping, and any returned merchandise shipping necessary. Free shipping offers do not apply to international sales.
6. Shipping quotes are only valid for 48 hours due to the constant change in fuel/transportation costs.
7. Any insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.
8. We reserve the right to refuse business from countries with nefarious reputations for fraud.
9. We cannot ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address.
10. Wire Transfer Fee is $24.00 USD.

* As a reputable Authorized Dealer we adhere to the restrictions placed on the international sales of certain product lines. The following items or manufacturer categories are not eligible for international sales: Fender, Squier, Mesa Boogie...

If Damaged During Shipping

We carefully check the conditions of all items before shipping. Damage in transit is uncommon, but if the shipping box looks damaged, do not accept it until the delivery person has indicated damage on the proper form(s). Damage to the exterior of a box does not necessarily indicate the item within is damaged.
If your package or item is damaged, do not send it back without notifying us. Read the "Returns: for Online Customers" page for instructions. If any step is altered, we may not be able to issue a refund to you! Once the package is returned to us and we determine that damage in shipping has occurred, we will issue a full item refund or we will get another piece to you as soon as possible.
