Note: Receiving Instrument Packages in Winter

If you receive your instrument in the winter, it is highly, highly recommended that you let the instrument aclimate to your location before opening. Leave it in the case and shipping box for 12 hours. Yes, we know you can't wait to try it, but to protect your instrument from significant shock we highly recommend you be patient.

* Item(s) will be shipped as soon as the PayPal transaction is complete and clear.
* Item(s) must be shipped to a 'confirmed address' as per PayPal guidelines.
A 'confirmed address' is where the buyer’s credit card billing address and shipping addresses are the same, or that PayPal has examined the buyer’s PayPal account history and confirmed the address.
* Item(s) exceeding $249.00 US Dollars, or in equivalent funds, must be signed for upon delivery.

- World Music Nashville uses Federal Express to insure prompt delivery, and your complete satisfaction. Most items are shipped via Ground Service, but special arrangements can be made if you have unique requirements.
- Shipments must go to an address where a person can sign for the package.
- We cannot ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address.
- Do not ship damaged merchandise back to us until we have officially authorized a return. See the "Returns: for Online Customers" page.

Exemptions to Domestic Free Shipping

* Amplifiers do not qualify for Free Shipping.
* Free shipping is only applied to items you buy and keep. The outbound shipping charge will be deducted from your refund if an item that shipped for free is returned.
* The free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped outside of the 48 continental states of the USA.
* The free shipping offer does not apply to vintage or used merchandise, empty instrument cases, backorders, and special orders.
* Manufacturer requirements mandate that Mesa Boogie products are ineligible for free shipping.

If Damaged During Shipping

We carefully check the conditions of all items before shipping. Damage in transit is uncommon, but if the shipping box looks damaged, do not accept it until the delivery person has indicated damage on the proper form(s). Damage to the exterior of a box does not necessarily indicate the item within is damaged.
If your package or item is damaged, do not send it back without notifying us. Read the "Returns: for Online Customers" page for instructions. If any step is altered, we may not be able to issue a refund to you! Once the package is returned to us and we determine that damage in shipping has occurred, we will issue a full item refund or we will get another piece to you as soon as possible.
